I Saw You

I saw you
in a different body and name.
I saw you
protecting me
because I was younger than you.
If it was only one seat left in the raft,
if it made sense to let it go,
it would always be for the youngest,
the feeblest of all.

I called you with a different name then.
I’ll call you with a different name now.
If life could be repeated over and over again,
I should have recognized you from the start.
And if we meet again this time,
would it make any difference
if I tell you how much I thank you?

How Much Do You Have To Pay To Fall In Love?

To fulfill a dream, to be allowed to sweat over lonely labor, to be given a chance to create, is the meat and potatoes of life. The money is the gravy.

Let Me Find My Intellectual Comfort

It was a lazy Saturday morning. I wasn’t thinking, but open to any offer. And there it was, I saw it. Plain and simple. And then I feel a deep urge to take an action. True calling, you may call it. This could be the second round to answer the next big question I have had in my mind. The detective side of me said, you have to go there and solve the mystery. Today, I have completed the first act from the series of probably a two-years interesting quest.

The End of Rainbow

Everything happened on last Friday. The closure came at the same time with the deadline of my job. That’s when I decided to lay my cards on the table and end the crazy days in the candy store. Somehow I just wanted my life to be back simple again like it used to be. I mean, simplicity has been my policy. Once I feel like I start to have two personalities, that’s just when I have to call it quit. And last Friday, I  decided to quit. More

The Language of Silence

Yesterday a friend of mine sent me a text after reading my post “Diary of Miracle: Part One”. First of all, it’s not my writing. I quoted it from Ariel Ford’s book, Soulmate Secret where Ariel herself doesn’t know who the real writer is. My friend asked me why I put “Love, God” at the end of the post. Since I’m not the writer, of course I can’t represent him/her to explain why, but I think it would be nice–a little miracle, I must say–when you open your mailbox and you found this beautiful letter from God himself.

My Magician

Recently I read my psychological portrait. Flipping through the pages, the expert tried to describe me in many facets as if any human language can simply do it. At first I was trying to be open-minded, but after I read one-two pages, I started to think that the psychologist might have made some mistakes—that the portrait might be inaccurate. More

Why should I seek more?
I am the same as he.
